Life changing of a really hyperdivergent case~ 🤩
In this case, U5 was extracted due to poor tooth structure after previous endodontic treatment. Posterior HPPG was indicated to achieve total intrusion and also enough anchorage for retraction. Lower total intrusion was also performed to reduce the VD.
By the precise force system design, we can acheive ideal result with minimal numbers of screws in this challenging case.😏
