Bimaxillary protrusion & 3 lower incisor case

This protrusion case had one lower incisor missing.

In this case, one side premolar extraction is better for occlusal interdigitation, compared to one lower incisor extraction (which might increase the Bolton discrepancy).

After space closure combined with miniscrew mechanics, the patient had a pleasing profile and smile in the final result.
