After leveling and alignment, the mandible accidentally drop back due to posterior teeth extrusion, unstable mandible position and weak occlusal force. By the active vertical control by mini-screws and dewedging effect, the profile is more balanced after mandible counterclockwise rotation.
此案例在初步排列後，藉由拔除四顆小臼齒，
合併骨釘做良好的垂直向控制，達到下顎逆時針旋轉，
嘴唇可以輕鬆閉合和更為帥氣的側臉。
