A-P and vertical control in a mild protrusion & mild gummy smile case
The patient complained about protrusion and gummy smile. She already had a nice chin button.
After reciprocal space closure with “HPPG technique”, we got nicely A-P & vertical control to avoid a flat face and insufficient tooth show.
Smile training is also very important to get a satisfied result of smile esthetics.
