Correct protrusion = aging??
Sometimes we want to give the patient a better profile, but we hesitate if we may not retract the front teeth too much.
To eliminate all of the soft tissue strain, the key is the ‘vertical control’ to prevent over-retraction, especially ‘lower’ total intrusion to preserve upper tooth show.
After reciprocal space closure and double arch intrusion, the patient looks even younger and happier
