A re-treatment case utilizing HPPG technique

Case summary:

This patient complained about protrusion and deep bite after her previous orthodontic treatment with 4-bicuspid extraction.

By providing intrusive distalization of upper dentition with my innovative HPPG technique & lower right distalization with miniscrew, she NOW is satisfied with profile improvement and solid occlusion.

病例摘要：

此案例前次矯正治療已拔除四顆小臼齒，

但仍希望改善嘴唇閉合不易、周圍肌肉需要很用力以及深咬的問題。

藉由重新設計腭側骨釘的機制，進行上顎全齒列後移和上移，合併右下骨釘做全齒列後移，終於讓患者滿意接手重新治療後的外觀變化和穩定咬合。
